Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026 · Last updated August 26, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of YTRank, including its public leaderboard and Stripe Checkout. By using YTRank or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy.
What YTRank provides
YTRank is a paid public leaderboard for YouTube channels. A completed payment places a submitted channel at the position supported by its total bid. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or recommendations.
A payment does not guarantee a fixed rank, duration, number of clicks, views, subscribers, customers, or any other result. Other users can bid more and change the order of the leaderboard at any time.
Eligibility and authority
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- If you act for a company, creator, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
- You may submit only a channel you own, manage, or are authorized to promote. You must not impersonate another creator or bid on a channel deceptively.
Bids, rankings, and payment
- Bids are made in whole US-dollar amounts, from $1 to $999,999. The Checkout page shows the amount charged and the rank supported by that bid based on the board at that moment.
- To raise an existing listing, submit the same normalized handle or channel URL. The new total must be at least $1 above the existing bid, and Stripe Checkout charges only the difference.
- A rank is claimed only after Stripe confirms a successful payment. Failed, cancelled, or abandoned Checkout sessions do not affect the leaderboard.
- Equal bids remain ordered by their completion order. A rank shown before payment can change if another bid completes while your Checkout is open.
Channel verification after payment
YTRank asks YouTube to resolve the submitted URL or handle after Stripe confirms payment. If YouTube verifies it, YTRank stores and displays the channel’s public name, handle, thumbnail, description, view count, and subscriber count when available.
If YouTube cannot resolve the submission, the paid rank may appear as a placeholder marked for correction, without a YouTube thumbnail or channel statistics. Contact support with the Stripe payment or Checkout identifier and the correct channel handle so the listing can be reviewed.
Acceptable listings and conduct
- Listings must point to a public YouTube channel, not an individual video, playlist, redirect, shortened link, affiliate link, or unrelated destination.
- You may not submit content centered on illegal activity, scams, malware, explicit sexual material, hateful conduct, targeted harassment, or the exploitation of children.
- You may not manipulate clicks, abuse payments, bypass rate limits, disrupt the Service, or use automated requests that degrade YTRank or its providers.
- You are responsible for the submitted channel and for complying with applicable advertising, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, and other laws.
Public content and permission
Leaderboard ranks, bid totals, channel handles, public YouTube metadata, categories, and click counts are public and may be indexed by search engines.
By submitting a channel, you grant YTRank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to retrieve, cache, resize, reproduce, and display the submitted channel information as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the leaderboard. You keep all rights you already hold in that material.
YouTube, channel names, trademarks, thumbnails, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. YTRank is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with YouTube or Google.
Moderation and refunds
YTRank may correct, recategorize, hide, reject, or remove a listing that is invalid, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringes rights, violates these Terms or the Rules, or creates legal or security risk.
Payments are generally final once the digital ranking service begins. Being outranked, receiving fewer visits than expected, or removal for a violation does not create a right to a refund. We may correct duplicate charges, technical payment failures, or provide refunds where applicable law requires it.
Third-party services
YTRank relies on third parties including Stripe for Checkout, YouTube for public channel metadata, Neon for database hosting, Upstash for rate limiting, Vercel for hosting, and DataFast for analytics. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
Links from YTRank open third-party YouTube pages. YTRank does not control or accept responsibility for those pages, their content, availability, or practices.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
YTRank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise that the Service, rankings, metadata, statistics, or links will always be available, accurate, complete, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, YTRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims relating to a paid listing, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that listing.
Changes and contact
We may update the Service, the ranking rules, or these Terms. Material changes will be published here with a new revision date. The terms shown at Checkout apply to that payment unless a change is required by law or needed to address security or abuse.
For a listing correction, rights notice, payment issue, or legal question, use the YTRank support contact shown on the website or your Stripe receipt and include the relevant channel handle and Checkout identifier.
